Terry “T” Thompson

Terry “T” Thompson brings more than 40 years of experience across virtually every facet of the insurance industry, including roles as a producer, manager, agency owner, and carrier marketing representative. He spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles, including President of Gary Thompson Agency, Inc., and later served EMC Insurance in marketing and consulting roles throughout the Midwest. Today, T serves as President of INSight Partners, helping lead the organization’s continued growth and commitment to independent insurance.

Outside of work, T enjoys Husker sports, the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, and the occasional round of golf. He and his wife, Stephany, live in the Lincoln area and take great pride in their two grown children, Taylor and Jack.
