Jesse Konold

Regional President, INSight Partners

Jesse Konold has been in the insurance industry since 2006, beginning his career with Key Insurance and eventually becoming a partner. In 2021, he helped form Bridgemark Insurance Solutions, growing the organization from 12 to 28 employees and expanding into Nebraska and Minnesota. Following Bridgemark’s partnership with INSight Partners in 2025, Jesse became Regional President, helping lead the organization’s continued growth across the region. He holds both the CIC and AFIS designations.

Jesse has been actively involved in the insurance industry and his local community, serving in leadership roles with the Independent Insurance Agents of South Dakota, the local Chamber of Commerce, and the Mobridge-Pollock Tiger Booster Club. He has also been recognized as IIABA’s National Young Agent of the Year and InsurPac Young Agent of the Year.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, supporting their activities, coaching, and staying involved in his community.
